We are a fast growing advertising company with immediate openings for office assistants starting at $20 an hour.
In this assistant position, you will be tasked with daily organization, research and financial management duties and work directly with a team of adverting people who are placing and monitoring our ads on TV, Google PPC, Facebook and elsewhere. You’ll also be running reports to help determine how our TV, Radio and Internet advertising is performing.
Being extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-driven and creative are crucial in this role. A typical day will have you making invoices, proofreading blog posts, emailing members of the company team, and doing online research related to health and advertising.
General Requirements:
– Be alert … not sleepy, slow people need apply
– Have good computer skills … example – how to email – cut and paste – know how to use social media … etc.
– Pleasant and hard working and ability to get along with people.
– Any experience with advertising would be a plus but not required – being quick, alert and friendly is key!
– Looking for hustlers who want to learn, get ahead and make money.
– Organized – you’ll will be doing filing of invoices, etc.
The assistant will receive on-the-job training.
