Looking for a Personal trainer staring out in their career. Needed 6 or 7 days a week. Come to my home and motivate me to get out and do daily forms of cardiovascular exercise.
It’s about assisting me after a period of some severe gout issues are and extensive amount of steroids. Took almost 2 years off from the gym and at 56 it’s not easy to just lose the steroid weight gain and run a marathon. I’m currently healthy (again), there will be days where this or that might prohibit from doing certain cardio but that’s your job to be creative to just keep me active as simple as taking a walk around the block or going on lengthly bike ride. Always had been in very good shape. I’m not looking for a in the Gym Trainer. . I’m currently trying to work out 3 day a week with a Trainer in the gym.
What this would entail is designing Daily cardio routines to strength, build stamina, and lose weight. Basically this is just about motivation.
