ZEN BRANDS, a cannabis distribution manufacturing retail company, which manufactures infused products – concentrates and dry cannabis for wholesale and our onsite retail store.
The ideal candidates will have:• Minimum 2+ years of sales or marketing in the cannabis industry
• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales
• Current client base / current cannabis relationships to be shared
• Develop and grow a base of clients and relationships in assigned territory as a whole• Understanding of the cannabis market and product comparisons / trends • Ability to work with established CRM software and it’s moving parts
• Requires excellent skills in verbal, phone and written communication
• Plan, implement and track daily/weekly/monthly sales activity and identify store /delivery owners
• Ability to consistently develop the future growth of clients and cohesively build with them
• Is a great listener with top tier communication skills to develop relationships and understand the needs of our accounts.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and think quickly Compensation

Joining a company from the ground up with strong potential for promotions & bonuses.
All local and state permits are in place we are sitting on 5 acres. We are fully integrated dispensary, cultivation, type 7 manufacturing, and distribution.
Experience a plus but not necessary. Must be extremely professional and work well under pressure display professional communication skills, problem-solving, leading a team etc.
Understanding of metric software a huge plus.
